Here's the changelog, I guess.

Randomizer: Disables all current modifiers, and applies a string of its own.
"Deafening Silence" Modifier: All audio within this modifier is muted (Aside from ambience and footsteps). No music plays during this modifier. The Auditor's hearing is impeccable. One wrong step and you'll be seeing the back of a P45. Also, equipping the radar will cause it to explode, which blinds you for a second, and alerts the auditor immediately.
"Drunk Speed" Modifier: Your camera mimics drunk-like movements, you cannot walk or run straight. You gain a 10% speed buff though.
"Deaf but Alive" Modifier: The auditor literally can't hear shit all. He's much more active, and will traverse the map more.
"I just hit the JACKPOT!" Modifier: The "Jackpot" modifier flips a coin at the start of the round. You choose which side it's going to land on. If you guess correctly, you will be given an extra $500 bonus, and shredding time will be decreased by 1 second. If you guess incorrectly, he spawns instantly at the start of the round, and you're capped to $1,300 dollars.
"Budget Cuts" Modifier: Fewer items spawn around the map, and vending machines fail. Your radar also drains quicker.
"Project Deadline" Modifier: You only have a certain amount of time to escape, before the auditor is notified of your location and you are eventually killed. He gains about 3 times more speed than normal.
