Tax Return | V2.2.0

Hey y'all, really rushed this update since I actually deleted quite a bit of progress on it, and had to rewrite all of it but more shit-ily. Here's the final changelog, nothing left behind.

New Settings: You can now set MSAA, Upscaling Type, Shadow Quality, V-Sync, Gamma and Sensitivity.
Update Installer: While it doesn't unpackage and run the update for you, it does install it when it tells you there's a new update available.
Burner Phone: Wanna distract the auditor? Sure, just waste perfectly pristine technology by tossing it 30 meters down a hallway.
Baseplate Tribute: Respect to the fallen soldier, "Baseplate". It's final update lies here...
Audio Overhaul: Doesn't affect everything, but does add in a lot of stuff like footsteps, muffled audio behind walls, etcetera.
Pause Menu: "Whoa, whoa, whoa. Come on man, get a grip! You're coming apart!" Yeah, take a breather. Look at the settings, maybe check out the modifiers. He's right in front of you, isn't he.
Better Crouch Detection: Crouch detection is much better, now accounting for your actual player height rather than just... an arbitrary value I set on a Tuesday afternoon.
Updated UI: Developer Notes now serves as a changelog, added more credits for recently implemented systems.
MacOS Support: MACOS SUPPORT! MACOS SUPPORT! HELLO MACOS PEOPLE! HI! ALIEN APPLE PEOPLE! HI!

This update, while rushed, serves a TON of new content. This update, in total, has around 1,000 lines of added code! Yeah, it seems small, but that's all hand-written code which has taken more than enough time to debug. I hope you all enjoy this release, dropping on the 17th of May, at 15:00 BST!
